COACH GIFTS

After a great (quick) summer swim season, we cannot wait to celebrate with everyone on Tuesday (details below). After the team awards, we'd love to show appreciation to our coaches who have worked with our swimmers for the last six weeks. If you are able to contribute to a team gift for the junior coaches, assistants, and head coach, please send your contribution to Andrew Swistak (Venmo @Andrew-Swistak confirm #0052 or Zelle 704-877-0052 or CashApp $wistak) by 10 on Tuesday morning. Or you can find us at the meet on Monday at the announcer's table to give a cash donation.

END OF SEASON CELEBRATION

Our awards and late night swim party is Tuesday, June 24! We will gather in the grassy area between the playground and the pool fence. Please arrive around 7pm, and we will kick off the celebrations at 7:15pm with age group awards. 

-All swimmers should wear their team shirts. 

-Returning swimmers, please bring your medals. 

-Rookie swimmers will receive their medal and pin from the coaches. 

-Pizza and popsicles will be provided for swimmers after awards. 

-Families, feel free to bring chairs, towels, or blankets, cold water, and possibly bug spray.

Once the lifeguards clear the pool deck and close the pool for the night, we will open the gates for our late night swim party at 8 pm. Swimming will be from 8-9:30pm and is for swim team members only (non-swim team siblings and parents will NOT be permitted to swim). Families with swimmers 12 and under will need to have a parent on the deck during the swim time to comply with pool rules. No glass bottles are permitted, and please help clean up the pool deck before you leave. Rides for all other swimmers must be in the lot by 9:25, so we can get everyone safely home!

-Saturday, 6/21 Last Saturday Practice (pancakes will be served to swimmers; Shrimpers can stop by the pool between 9:30 and 10:30, but they cannot swim during the practices)

-Sunday, 6/22 Relay Carnival (select swimmers)

-Monday, 6/23 Home Meet vs PD

-Tuesday, 6/24 End of Season Celebration 7PM by the playground
